That was really touching and really personal, I'm glad that you are alive or else I wouldn't have gotten to know you at all :)
I'm sorry for all the things that had to sadly happen in your life but I'm happy that you have a son to look at everyday and be happy knowing that he's there with you. It's always a good thing to have someone whether it is a son, parent, friends, partner, and heck why not a pet too? It's good to have the right kind of people around :)
