No one read it or commented on it after that though. Nothing really helps. Even when I advertise them like crazy and comment swap them and post on the forums about them. Nothing.

Well for the Story Magazine Review thread, no one on the magazine's staff has claimed a story to write a review for in two or three months.

i've been on this site since 2009/2010, and only recently have people started talking to me, reading my stories, acknowledging i exist. i think that going into the forums helps, and just randomly talking to people helps, too. i did that. i still do it. as for magazine story reviews, two of my stories have been reviewed, and one of those i put into the thread. i think if you just keep spamming different stories into the thread, someone's bound to notice

I was never Mibbian of the Week. I tried posting one or two of my stories in the Magazine Review thread, but no one took them. *sigh*

I used to love 20Q.
Whatever, I'll make a new list. It's gone, I scoured my My Docs to find it & it's nowhere to be found.

I've been Mibbian of the Week, in June. But that was it. I think there's a thread you can post in to get an story review.

I guess it's part of the whole "popularity" complex thing. If enough people don't know who you are/know about your stories or whatever, consider yourself never getting in the magazine. That's what I think, anyway. I'm not gonna be that lucky.

I've been on the site forever and talk to a ton of people on a lot of the forums... I just don't know why I'm not recognized for more than just my username, or whatever.

I know we may not talk a lot but I know you by your username, so you're famous to me

I've been around mibba for a long time and I've never been 'Mibba Famous', whatever it is. I think that's mainly because I just lurk in the corner and update my stories once in a few months. You can get the recognition you want by getting out there and just start talking to people, I guess. It can be hard and awkward at first but people on mibba are generally friendly and it won't take too long for you to feel comfortable with them.

I don't even understand the concept of Mibba Famous, I don't take it too seriously and it's more of
a thing to poke fun at it, imo.
