They have stated that it's simply because of the age, yet they will hire someone straight out of course with NO experience. I have also been told it's because I am a woman. I am an Automotive Technician by trade, so I can see their point, but still. They claim to be worried about how I may be bullied sexually in the workplace. I can hold my own, I don't need some fat boss man worrying about me. It's irk's me beyond belief. I just hate it how they sit there and say "Well you have steller experience and stuff, but your a girl..."

I wasn't talking about age but experience but I didn't mean to say it was everything. Maybe there are other factors than the fact that you're 20, why employers aren't hiring you? Sucks if it's true though, if no one's hiring you because of your age.

Age isnt everything when it comes to jobs. Consistately I miss out on jobs, because I am 20. I have the experience, I have the training, I know it all, but people wont hire me, because Im in that annoying age bracket where everybody thinks your a fucking party animal. Drives me fucking nuts.
