hahha it's okay I've done the same thing :)
There's just no time for me to work constantly on an idea I'm still trying to figure out and I need space to clear my mind just to get one chapter started.

There was no way I was getting that goal done :(

It's just too adorable how she just falls asleep.
Ohh yeah, planning could help next time. That's the thing about NaNo, you've gotta have a lot of inspiration to get going and tons to keep the ball rolling. I think a lot of people get discouraged.

I plan to, it's just going to take a while longer and probably not be 50K of words at the end.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one.
As I said before, I plan to. But truth be told I didn't do that much planning... I'll probably delete the current chapters and repost at a later date when I have inspiration and a plot line that I can make something of.

You know, I've watched that kitty in your layout for a while every time I read one of your blogs. Pretty adorable.

Many people seem to be quitting NaNo but at least if you did all the preparing, you can still finish that story.

That's the same reason I quit, I just wasn't happy with what I had written :-( I hope you finish the novel xxx

It being cute doesn't change anything. It could be the most fucking brilliant idea in the history of the universe, and it still wouldn't be written.
I don't understand how your stories can have not enough action. Surely you can just make something explode?
