    If you decided to move out once you turned eighteen then she shouldn't be able to control that. You're, technically, an adult at that age.

    You should start by trying to find a job and save money to get out of there because yes she will keep saying "Its my house my rules." Even after you turn 18 so yeah that's the only advice I can give you right now...
