@ January Rose it's certainly a challenge, but in a great way. The music was great, and I stood in the back so I wouldn't distract the class as I tried. it really is a great workout!
Zumba is quite challeging. I went and was amazed by the moves they could do. And I'm pretty sure I was not doing them right. But it is fun, helps you burn off calories and you dance to pretty good music.
