May be out there for ya babe, but if you need a good set of songs to get you through...
I know a lot of people may disagree, but find a playlist for Stripped by Christina Aguilera. To this day, a majority of the songs on that CD get me through the day to day.

Yeah. It gets tough at times but it seems no matter how much it may hurt at the time, it always goes away for a bit at least and I feel better. It helps when people just listen and show they are there for me. I appreciate all the kind words from you all. Like seriously they helped me a lot. I am a fighter so I 'm not gonna give up. :)

I give you major kuddos for admitting you need help, that's always the hardest part. Not trying to scare you or anything but it make take a few tries to find the right meds to make it easier to get through the day. Disorders like depression and anxiety can't be cured they can only be managed. My heart goes out to you and I sincerely hope it all turns out well for you

I've been going through the same stuff for a really long time. I can't remember the last time I actually felt 'normal'. My mom always called it 'intense', I'm either hot or cold, there's no middle ground. I hope that you can find the peace that you're looking for, a good doctor, some good meds, and be able to live your life the way you deserve- happily.

You are in all of my prayers, dear. You and your husband. Admitting you need help is such a big feat, and certainly does not make you a broken person. I was diagnosed with occipital neuralgia two weeks ago, and one of the side effects of the medication is depression and suicidal thoughts. It's so hard, as I can see in your case, to be born a happy person but always have the threat of sadness over your head. I'm not a therapist, or even CLOSE, but if you would ever, ever like to talk about ANYTHING please, please inbox me. Anytime. I know you can break free from this, you're a fighter :)
