I have unfollowed so many people who reblog awesome stuff because I got so sick of the social justice crap they also posted. I still have a few feminist bloggers who also talk about racism and stuff occasionally, but they know where the boundaries are between outspoken activism and being a jerk.
I just just follow the right blogs, because I don't get too much of the fandom-y stuff. Not with like, shipping anyway. I'm not big into shipping. It crops up occasionally, but not enough to deter me.
