I see a lot of religious debates on Facebook and debating about it honestly just seems so tiring because as its like you said, both parties think they're right and the end result of the debate is nothing. Reminds me of this description of what its like arguing about religion "It's like playing chess with a pigeon; no matter how good you are at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like its victorious."
