I loved this. It always amazes me when people are able to open up about something that plagues them - something that is so stigmatized. You explained it beautifully and courageously. I struggle with trich myself but it's such a personalized thing for everyone. Triggers are different. Coping skills vary. Very well done. Good luck with everything!
