Co-Write? - Comments

I swear, I was literally thinking about how cool it would be to do a FOB collab. this morning, maybe with each person taking a different character and writing it like one of those pass-it-around stories, seeing how it unfolded. I know @birdsatemyface kicks ass at writing Pete. Drop me a message if you fancy it. I'm doing exams at the moment, so co-writing would definitely take some of the pressure off.

Yeah, I mean I specialize in dark and morbid, haha, but there could be a romance going on amid all of that. I definitely think we could look at the songs and find hook lines to suit a plot. We would just need to sort out a plot and what's going to happen to the characters, whoever they may be.

Hmmm how interesting! I've never really written anything dark or morbid, so it'd definitely be a challenge for me, haha. I wonder if we could do something with the songs off Save Rock and Roll. I'm thinking a Where Did the Party Go? kind of thing with the "this is the story of how they met..." stuff and whatever. I dunno. I like where this could go though.

That sounds cool. I'm digging Save Rock and Roll right now, I think we could maybe do something with the themes they explore in the album. I've never written romantic stuff, but that sounds cool. Maybe we could have the sort of Vampire thing from A Little Less Sixteen Candles, but bring it into the Save Rock and Roll period. Or have the Young Blood theme of Patrick being possessed and/or held captive by demonic forces - probably not by a totalitarian anti-music group like in the videos. I'm just throwing ideas around.

I haven't really thought about what exactly I want to write about, but I'm open to pretty much whatever. I think I'd like for the boys to have romantic lives, just because I'm a sucker for romance stories and they're my favorite to write. But as for the plot I haven't given it much thought at all because the idea of a co-write is still new to me. It could literally be anything from America's Suiethearts, A Little Less 16 Candles, or Young Blood Chronicles AU (although I don't have much experience with AU), or it could be them as a band. I'm pretty much up for anything.

What kind of story do you wanna write? I'm extremely unreliable due to my depression, but maybe having another person to write with will keep me on track. I've always wanted to do a co-write on something, plus I have a lot of time on my hands right now.
