I had 'Venom' written on my hand in bold letters.
Then 'MCR' on written on my neck...
So it is allowed, sometimes it also depends on the venue where the concert will be...
For the most part it is allowed.

Maybe only if you write something really offending about the band you're going to see. But even in that case, I don't think so. People do it all the time.
