I'll be blunt.
I'd wait a bit before texting him again since you already have. Give him til tuesday to text back and if there isn't a reply from him by then, he may be avoiding you or busy, but I can't imagine someone being 'so' busy that they can't text back. Good luck. Hope things work out for you. xx

I texted him after the date and he never got back to me. I feel weird if i text him again... I don't want to seem overly clingy because that's not how I'm feeling.

I agree with the 1st 2 commenters. Be bold and text him. He probably was busy. Tell me if things work out!

I agree with DarkestStorm, text him, make your move, plus if you make the first move to start a conversation then it's totally in your hands :)

Ignore the "three day rule" or whatever, text him, start a conversation, maybe he's just been busy.
