I use Photofiltre for my banners. I have some Jon snow stories up aswell if you're looking for something, none finished but I am working on updates, so they will start up again soon. Check out our GOT club on the club forums, we'd love another member :D

Also I use GIMP to make banners! It's FREE unlike photoshop and pretty much the exact same thing. You can find tutorials on youtube or I can help you if you download it. You can get brushes from deviantart.com for free too.

Yeah, I know, it's a bit disheartening. But at least with the club, we've more than doubled the amount of fics on here with our writing prompts, so that's encouraging!

that's a good idea. I'm about to head over and check it out. A lot of the stories I've found tend to be half completed and not touched for a least a year.

It's like "Apple" why would you do that to your child? And at least if you name you child something out of Game of Thrones they can have a super awesome back story behind it.

At least with Daenerys, you get Dany. Same thing with Arya, you get Arry, or something kinda cute like that.
I mean, it's good and all that you feel compelled to name your child after your favorite character of a tv show, but at least do your research first. Don't be that parent, you know? :b

When I first started watching the show.. I thought it was cool and then I realized that and was like NOPE NOPE won't do that. Plus there really isn't a nickname for that.

Well, Daenerys is a lot better than Khaleesi...I know a couple who named their daughter that.
That's not even her name! It's just a title!

Nope. Two molars that were broken off and cutting into my gums.
I adore the name Daenerys, but I know people would spell/pronounce it wrong. Arya is much easier to pronounce and spell. Theon is a favorite of mine too.

I want to name my daughter Danerys and call her Dany like in the book.

1. I have all five books. Currently in the middle of A Clash of Kings. I adore Game of Thrones.
2. Arya, Daenerys and Tyrion, most definitely. I love Tyrion's smart-ass replies and comments, Daenerys' strength through all she's been through and I am just loving this new little vengeance killer vibe with Arya. I've told my boyfriend that if we ever have a daughter, we're naming her after Arya Stark because she's that amazing of a character.
3. Yes! Sunday is actually my birthday, so I'm happy I'll get to watch GoT as well!

exactly how i was, but it's kind of nice especially since I want to start to writing a fanfiction.

hmm, I might check them out one day. If I usually watch the show/movie first, then I never read the books.

If you ever get the chance, I would because so far is it just like the show - only it gives you a bit more of a background on a lot of the characters. Right now there our five, but I was told that their is two more to come out.

I probably won't ever read the books. As for the show, it is really good. People recommended it to me and I had HBO free for the weekend so I decided to watch it since it was having a marathon.

Bran is really awesome. I'm only on the first book, but all caught up on the show, but I have a couple theories about who may actually win

Yes, he is adorable. I also like Bran. I dunno why, but there is always one kid in every show that I just love.

Yes, that Mother of Dragons is literally one of my favorite people! But Jon Snow holds a place in my heart for the books and the series!
