    We've learned about Pavlova, it's a meringue like dessert right? Meringues, though simple, are not always easy, especially when you bake them, you can't be forgetful at all. Plus, pavlova is really fragile and that takes skill not to break. Trust me. We never made one, but we've dealt with meringues.

    Baking can be easy as long as you follow a recipe correctly. Most people have problems because they think they can change it or add things. Sometimes you can't. And people are forgetful. Which I can be....I once forgot egg whites in a sponge cake, which is a HUGE part of it.

    Thanks! Yeah it is, it's a baking and pastry one, not sure where I am going yet, so I can't be more specific. One place I am looking at does plated desserts and the other is a grocery store bakery, which really doesn't do much, but oh well haha.
