    I like B, personally. If I were doing that, that's how I'd do it. But I'd do it like C418 said and write in third person. Even if you can't do third person or just rather not, I still think B is the better choice for what you have in mind.

    I like B, but what I'd do personally is write in third person omniscient (if the story allows).

    I like option B, because I like to write stories with ensemble casts of like, 4 - 6 main characters and then a butt tonne of supporting characters, and that's how I write stories. Different characters PoVs in one chapter.

    That said, I feel like it really depends on your plot. Think Like, if it's a really lengthy storyline and a super complex, then maybe B would be a better option, because then you can cover more in a chapter, but if it's more simple and kind of maybe sort of character driven, then I feel like A would give the readers a chance to learn more about each character and connect better.
