If you're bored with your original plan and are really interested in your new ideas, then I would suggest continuing with the changes because you'll most likely be happier with yourself in the end.
If the changes require you having to fix everything from the beginning, then I would suggest just taking the chapters down off the site and rewriting the story. If that's not necessary, then just make your changes where you want them to begin.
