    I have an LG too and if you go in
    Settings -- Call Settings -- Call reject -- Reject on list --Activate or Select then -- Setup -- Add and you add the number there

    That should do it.

    Nah I'm kidding, but it's a good idea, because they could trace the phone number back to the person who is HARASSING you! And save all of the text messages for proof! :-)

    okay well depending on what phone you have (i've got a motorola razr)
    go into settings
    security
    call barring
    and then do what you want...
    hope that's helped a bit..
