yeaah it's been happening a lot to me as well! it's so frustrating god!

It takes forever for the site to load for me. This is the only site I have a problem with. It takes five minutes just to update a story. The other day, I had an alert and it wouldn't go to it.

I've kind of distanced myself from the site a little bit because it is starting to aggravate me. I kinda miss everything before all these new changes, because it seemed to run smoother. Don't get me wrong, I kind of like this thing were we can "see everyone's feeds" but it feels a little like facebook to me. I don't know that may just be me. But anyways, whatever the maintenance that is being done, is making the site a little too much to handle anymore.

Lately I've been having trouble replying to messages, too. It takes forever for them to send and now I'm having trouble replying to them. Earlier today, I commented on a blog and I got an error page, I looked to see if the comment went through, didn't show that it did, so I refreshed the page. It sat there on the refresh page for at least fifteen minutes before I closed it and just reposted the comment. The second I hit Submit for the second one, the first one posted. That was a new double post process.

Took me 2 hours to send messages the other day. Lots of waiting, reloading, waiting again, checking the inbox... incredibly frustrating when you have like, 15 to send.

I thought it was just me too! I have the hey message from myself at the back of my messages too! And the ghost alerts have happened to me a couple times. Like right now, I'm writing this while waiting for a message to open up so I can read it. The lag is honestly getting so restless now. I usually don't come on as often because of it.

Wait. Hold up. Everyone is experiencing this problem? I thought it was just me with my crappy WiFi. This explains a lot.

It's because of all the problems on this site that I'm not going through my messages and alerts. This site has a terrible loading probblem nowadays.

I can 100% relate to this seeing as I've also been experiencing this more often than I'd like. It's completely frustrating! Hopefully the problem will be identified by the admins and they will provide an efficient solution to it.

I think majority of us are experiencing problems. The main issue I have is that I hit the submit button over and over and it appears that my message hasn't sent when in reality I'm spamming them. As far as I know the staff have been trying to help reduce the lag but when it comes to the other problems, Dujo is the only one who can fix them and he seems to go MIA a lot..

I'm having the error problems, and I'm so tempted to go to AO3 or even Wattpad until this is fixed.

I've never had many problems with my messages - although now I've said that I probably will - but it's doing that phantom alert thing right now. Ugh. And on the rare occasion I post a blog, it doesn't send, it just says there was an error processing it, and when I refresh the page, there are three of it.

I am having the same issues. I can't hardly get my messages out, or I have one but it never shows till I go check through my messages seeing I have one. Also having issues with posting comments and stuff like that too and in the forums.
