There actually are atheist churches so I wouldn't see much of an issue with an asexual group, actually.

But imo the transgender stuff is more at the front of your concerns and identity than the asexual stuff so I hope that gets sorted out and you're able to find other people IRL to relate to. Not so much commiseration but just that "click" / lightbulb besides your family. (Not sure if I worded that properly, whoops.)
