Thanks so much guys. I got offered the job with company 1 officially today, so I think I will take it. I just have to ring tomorrow morning and let the other manager know I won't be starting next week as planned Embarassed

    Wish me luck!

I think you should definitely go for the one that benefits you more. I know it sucks to have to call them and tell them that you accepted another job, but they took a long time to get back to you, and it doesn't really matter anyway. You have to do what's best for you. :)

Go with the one which pays more! No I'm kidding, but I would suggest going with the first job. You've already been at company 2 and how did that work out for you? Even though you'd be in a different branch, it's still all the same company! You have to ask yourself: if I were the CEO of this company, would I be proud of myself? Go with the first; you'll enrich yourself and others. :)

Go with the first job. You won't regret it. Don't settle for the second just because you feel bad. Do what's right for you.

Go with the job you feel you would benefit and strive better in. If you feel that company one is better, than go with that job.

Business is really just business. Do what you gotta do and say you're sorry but a better position for you came up.
