Update on Life - Comments

I had a therapist in Illinois but I just moved to California and I haven't gotten one yet. I just talked to my original therapist a few days ago on the phone and he's been real helpful, but it's just been so hard for me to deal even when I talk to someone about things.

i don't mean to be intrusive (idk if that's the right word), but have you ever considered seeing a therapist? i think it'd be really beneficial for you if venting to someone is what you'd like to do to feel better.

Just remember to keep looking towards the future and don't dwell so much on the negative parts of your past, but more on the good memories instead.

It's gonna be okay. Death haunts us in so many painful ways, but I also like to think that it helps us focus on the good times with our departed loved ones. What matters is that you keep living and keep finding things to love - which I'm sure is what your dad, and any other good father would want for their kid. You are so smart and strong, you can get through this. I'm always here if you need anyone to talk to.
