i don't mean to be intrusive (idk if that's the right word), but have you ever considered seeing a therapist? i think it'd be really beneficial for you if venting to someone is what you'd like to do to feel better.
Just remember to keep looking towards the future and don't dwell so much on the negative parts of your past, but more on the good memories instead.
I had a therapist in Illinois but I just moved to California and I haven't gotten one yet. I just talked to my original therapist a few days ago on the phone and he's been real helpful, but it's just been so hard for me to deal even when I talk to someone about things.
