Can we rec our own stories? Mine's a Fanfic but it's posted on here. Just one chapter, called The Journey Begins

I think I commented on silk tea.'s blog the other day with rec's. I'll quote it here so that I don't have to re-write something. I'M LAZY, SORRY. I also took out the rec of my own story because I didn't want to be too intense with the advertisement of Eli&Billy but it is very close to my heart and... whatever. HERE.

    .. you could check out:

anything written by occulta. She isn't very active these days but SHE WRITES THE BEST STORIES. She is a good author. Well-respected in my books.

anything written by spacejunkie (this is just a given because you've probably already read his things but I have to because he's a spectacular author)

watch out especially for so messed up and everything that she writes, because she has a wonderful talent with words and a wonderful talent with really selling the human spirit. Well, it's a very easy thing to say about this particular person because she is so wonderful with everything she says and does (aka she is a fantastic friend and really I shouldn't be so biased but I am nonetheless).

I also really adore the way that puke writes, so I can't specify a certain story. Maybe I would go for her recents, like the Baby & the Bone stories Vol. 1 and 2.

It's hard for me to recommend singular things ... I either like everything someone has written or very few of what they have written. The people I have suggested ARE very good writers. They have talent, really really pure and wonderful talent. I hope you appreciate them. If you're looking for especially novel-length things, I don't know where to point you because if I read it's usually only if I really love a person and their writing, or if I like how short something is. I'm lazy and biased towards everything, but don't let that deter you.
I also recently completely re-did the layout for Eli & Billy but I don't know if it's good for what I'm trying to give off. So. You could. You know. Check it. ;)

Its a mixture of both for me. I see a character in my head doing something (like with my mage omc walking somewhere) and i kinda jot down little personality points and description and then write a scene for them and thenn just plan them out.

i meant to put that id suggest my story, Pyromancer but you've already seen it. X)

Sorry for the weird spelling errors. im on my phone atm.

A user on here is writing a really awesome story called Ache With Me.

And I posted a one-shot yesterday called Photographs. Feel free to check them out!

As for characters, it's also both for me. Sometimes they just pop out of nowhere and other times I really have to take the time to plan them out and really know how their feeling, if that makes sense.
