Mike and Billie are having an affair, and one night Billie is too rough on Mike (yes. They're sadists in this one) and accidentally breaks his neck, killing Mike instantly.

Mike plays hide and seek with Tre and hides in a cupboard with no ventellation system, causing him to slowly suffocate to death. Oh, and yeah, the door won't open, so he couldn't get out even if he tried.
