In their terms of service agreement is says nothing about roleplaying accounts not being allowed - It's an easy assumption to make that it then would be allowed.

I don't know because I don't learn. There is a huge community on facebook with roleplaying.. its kind of like a family.. I don't know how else to explain it

You should roleplay on tumblr, that's where lots of people do.

If you know/knew Facebook doesn't allow accounts like that, why make it? You should try to find a site that is solely for role playing only.
