Honestly, Scott is a judge on the show that I really like but you are totally right. He way crossed the line in his critique in that episode. Her fish was cooked best out of the other two but regardless, his comments were way harsh and it seemed like he had some type of vendetta against her.
It definitely made me lose respect for him!
