Oh my gosh. Thank you so much! ^.^ I gave up on writing temporarily and put what creative mojo that hasn't drained into making these vlogs so...I hope you enjoy them as much as my writing! :D

I don't think de-caf would work for me, but I may try it sometime...

I used to be really addicted to pop(soda), but I quit it cold turkey one day and never went back. All I ever drank was Dr. Pepper or Root Beer anyway, but if I drink one now, I feel really gross and experience a serious crash without any hype before hand. ._.

I'm also in the binge-eating stage. when I get stressed, upset, etc(like I am at this moment), I will clean out what food I've kept. And with trying to lose weight and ration my food because I'm broke...its bad. Facepalm

Okay, I feel like I want to say some things that I can't remember if I've ever said to you before, so now feels like the right time! Your writing is just... In Love Seriously. It's so professionally written, captures all those beautiful details but never overdoes it - just enough so that we are continuously nourished with the plot of the story and feelings of the characters too. You've written so many, also...like, how? Shocked It's just amazing, truly.
So I just wanted to say thank you, a big thank you, for sharing with us your beautiful writing. Hug

Now onto the actual topic at hand... (lol)
I totally understand about this addiction! It's like...without it, life just becomes miserable and exhausting. I did like (de-caf) coffee for about a week, but then went off it again. I do, however, like all sorts of latte blends and teas - but I guess I'm not actually addicted to these.

What I am addicted to though, for sure, is fizzy drink. Coca-Cola, Dr Pepper...I need at least three a week really - usually 5/6 per week, if not a little more. I know there are people out there who drink a great deal more of the stuff, but I wonder just how much grilling they get from their dentists during routine check-ups (if they even have routine check-ups)? Seriously, I get so jealous of my bro because according to the dentist his teeth are pristine (his eyesight included) yet he drinks and eats much more acidic/anti-healthy-teeth things than me! What is life...
Lately, I'm also addicted to food. I just can't stop eating, and eating, and then wanting to eat so bad but just about managing to stop myself. Embarassed I think I need it, though, because I guess a great deal of physical work changes eating habits like this. I'll keep telling myself that...

Coffee makes me anxious and soda is just unpleasant. Yak

    Yesssss to coffee ice cream.

I haven't tried smoothies with oatmeal but that sounds so good ugh pls share. I'm convinced that putting yogurt in smoothies is a godsend because I have yet to try one that disappointed me.

I always tell people who don't drink soda or coffee to stay that way. I used to drink soda a lot, but then I quit cold turkey and now I CAN'T drink it or else I feel like shit. Coffee ice cream is God's gift to me, just saying tehe and I will go into coffee aisles and just sit to inhale the scent.

Smoothies are fantastic. My friend made me one last night with peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate protein powder and it was soooooo good. Happy face

I don't understand how people get addicted to soda or coffee. But then again, I don't really care much for either. Coffee in dessert is yummy though. tehe Oh and the smell of coffee is comforting to me for some reason.

I'm pretty much an avid drinker of smoothies, iced chai tea, and bubble tea.
