I'd say bullying is the same everywhere. Though the clicks you see in America, with the standard names like jocks, nerds and popular people; not so much in the Netherlands. But regardless of that, if they know they can bully you, they will.

I'd say that bullying is similar everywhere in the world. Maybe you could look at punishments in different countries? Like, what the law says. If anything at all. Or maybe you could look at the platforms used to bully. In class, on social media, etc.

Maybe you could look into bullying between teachers, or teachers vs. students. I was studying teaching and I can tell you we didn't all get along. You'd also hear things being said in the staff room about other teachers, just like at any other workplace.

Then there's teachers vs. students. Teachers can bully students, use their power over the student to be just... mean and unhelpful. I feel like society sees this as "okay" because students should have more respect for teachers and the teacher is older etc. but that's not how it should work. Yes, students should probably have more respect for teachers in general but bullying them isn't the way to go about it.

And it goes the other way, too. Students often bully teachers, to the point of tears. It's seen as something absolutely hilarious if a class can get the substitute teacher to break down and leave after their first day.
