Alright, well hmmm. Since it's probably easier for you to work with existing characters instead of making them up on the spot, I can do Fan Fiction characters.
You don't have to actually write about their lives as they such as in a band or whatever. You can make up how they are personality wise.
Here is the guy I like.
His name is Chris and he has Hazel eyes if you aren't familiar with him.
Here is the girl. Or if you are more comfortable writing slash, I can provide you with a male character if needed.
There is the girl. Her eyes are blue and I like the name Chloe unless you want to rename her.

Brief plot: attracted to each other, but never get the chance to get together for some reason (you can make up why) I want a sort of sad, longing, lost love-type one shot if you can do that by getting into each one's head.
