Doesn't that feel so delicious Weird I started up my routine three weeks ago and lost the 6 holiday pounds I gained, and today I saw the lowest number on my scale ever. Nice job! Keep up the good work Weird

    1. No. We have an elliptical, a punching bag, and my brother has some weight set up in the basement that I use.
    2. I use this "gym" (XD) at least 5 days a week. On a normal weekly basis I'd say I use it 6 days.
    3. Hm. Anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour. It depends on what my goal for calories burned is + whether or not it's weights day.
    4. Yes
    5. Yep, almost every day in the morning.
    6. Yes
    7. Well, I am a vegetarian and I'm also on keto. So I don't eat meat or fish and I don't eat most carb loaded foods. As for sodium, no, I don't limit that because those on keto sometimes have issues with not getting enough. I don't eat french fries or chips or ramen noodles etc. The main source of sodium I get is cheese I'd guess. And I certainly don't limit that. A lot of mock meats have a decent amount of sodium too. As for calories, I don't really have an issue with my calories because of keto. It makes it easier on me and helps me feel full longer. I don't eat bread, pastas, most fruit, popcorn, most super sugary yogurts, ice cream, cake, rice, potatoes, pizza, etc.
    8. Cardio for sure. Whenever I can use the tredmills at school I do, and I essentially jog on the elliptical at my house. I'm only doing so much cardio to improve lung function and to lose these last 15 pounds.
    9. Spinach all the way.
    10. Sugar free Russel Stover candies
    11. Generally, yes. I try to get in at least 15 minutes of exercise a day so I don't fall behind on my routine.

    1. No. I could never handle going to a gym. People cause problems for me.
    2. N/A
    3. That depends on if you count my job or not haha.
    4. Sort of I guess.
    5. Yes.
    6. Yes.
    7. I try not to look at things that way. I have enough problems with food and I know thinking about it that way would make things worse.
    8. I don't.
    9. I don't know what they're called but a locally owned organic store sells these neat little protean lunch box sort of things that are pretty good.
    10. I have a thing for chips.
    11. I try to be but some medical issues make it a bit hard to be active a lot. My job forces me to be active at least a bit though, so there's that.

That's great that you lost about four pounds but remember to try weighing yourself around the same time every day because your weight fluctuates (meaning rises/drops) about 2 pounds in a day or something like that.

    1. Do you go to the gym?
    Not very often.

    2. If so, how often do you go?
I think once every three months. I don't really have a membership with the local gym so yeah...

    3. On a typical day, how many minutes/hours do you workout?
I don't really work out but I do a lot of walking, which is just as good. I walk for about any from thirty minutes to an hour or two.

    4. Are you into health and fitness?
Nope. I mean I eat healthy foods and drink water, but I'm horrible at keeping track of every little aspect about what i eat and the calories and stuff.

    5. Do you weigh yourself?
    Once in awhile.

    6. Do you count calories?
See my answer to number 4.

    7. Is there a certain food that you don't eat (not because of the taste, but because of the sodium and calorie content?
Nope but if it helps, I don't eat corn. >.>

    8. If you go to the gym, do you do more cardio or weight training?
Not sure. I prefer doing a little bit of both.

    9. What's your favorite HEALTHY food?
This Chinese stir fry my uncle makes. It's so delicious. Anything can be healthy if made in the right way.

    10. What's your favorite JUNK food?
I hate to say it but.... chocolate chip cookies or cheesecake. That shit's delicious.

    11. Are you an active person?
It depends. When it's cold and rainy outside, I'm not but when it's warm out, I am.
