I love character models, they're so fun. Some times I just wanna make up characters even if I never write about them. Whatever. Anyway. I think yours is a really good model. I've seen a lot of models out there and some of them are just entirely too detailed. There's like 100 things to fill in and I think that's a bit extreme. The only thing I'd say to include in yours is a backstory section. Like, give a brief summary of what's happened to the character in the past. Only of course if it's significant to the story/shaped the way the character is now. Also a conflicts section. Which is essentially anything in their life or personality that may pose as a conflict or a problem. It's a little hard to explain so I'll give you an example of one I have done for one of my characters:

    IVY’S CONFLICTS:
    • Parent’s murdered at age 4
    • Brother snapped and tried to kill her at age 6
    • Adopted at age 7
    • In a relationship with Conor but finds herself unexplainably pulled to Forrest

Blah blah blah so on and so forth. I find it very helpful. Explains what you're characters dealing with and can help you organize the plot and such.

I should be making character models because they're super useful, which is why I'm glad Victoria introduced me to Charahub. But I just have to go with the character sometimes. It sounds so dumb of me to do ugh but if I think too much about what they're all about, I feel stifled. I go by their Western astrological sign and work from there, if possible.
