    Nope. D: I keep checking every now and then. Without Charahub, I'm kind of stranded because I can't develop Camryn for the story Hero. :( Takeshi is easy because he's based on my hero Takeru (plus Takeshi is actually his real name as well). Camryn is hard, and I'm really trying my best with her.

    That's another good thing to do. ^^ I often fall back to doing something like that. Is Charahub even up right now?

    @ Hina;
    I don't know if I could though. I have a really hard time with stuff like that. DX I did create something that works for me after all. I just took some basic things I remembered from Charahub and went from there. Like this for example:

    Name: Takeshi Kiyomoto
    Age: 24
    Personality: Takeshi is often very childish and immature. He loves to have fun, tease others and play jokes as well. However, he can also be a kind, sweet person too. He is very loyal to his friends while doing anything to keep them safe.
    Likes/Dislikes: Music, fashion, movies; cleaning, cockroaches
    Strengths/Weaknesses: Creative, humorous, caring; immature, childish, stubborn
    Personal Problems: Takeshi has panic attacks due to anxiety, failure and stress. Usually, he’s pretty good at handling himself though.

    What I do is think of a character with three basic characteristics in their personality (two good characteristics/traits and then a bad/flawed trait). Like your character can be kind and soft spoken but maybe she's also very... blunt. And just kinda write out little scenarios in which they react to something. You can also go to the Character Development Game Thread and answer some questions about your characters, answer them as your characters. You can even take some of the questions there and just sort of write a character bio with them.

    That's what I do. Like, my character's love interest is based off my hero. The thing is, I can't base a character off myself too much though. I try to mix it up, so that I'm not creating a mary sue character who's a spitting image of me. :(

    I find it really difficult to create a character out of thin air. I usually base my characters on real people, or take aspects of different people and put them into my character. Even using other fictional characters helps in that regard. I've found that sitting down and writing a character bio does nothing for me, I have to imagine a living breathing human being and the only way to do that is to use other humans.
