That is definitely my problem. I will be on a weight loss journey for like two weeks, obviously not enough time to see a major change, and I will kind of get bummed out. Also when I start my weight loss journey,
I feel even heavier than before. Does that make sense? Lol

Why, thank you. I felt inspired that day so I wrote it. Very Happy

I know, right? That's a big problem of mine. I beat myself up too much for things I couldn't do. I was impatient and I was actually seeking for instant gratification when I know that is simply impossible.

I hope that it works out for you. I have been wanting to lose weight also and when I was doing a really good job of it, I was reading this womans blogs. It is called "Runs for Cookies". My boyfriend and I were going on a website called Calorie Count and it pretty much did all the work for it. It also counted your iron, potassium, salt, etc. And would tell you if you have had too much or not. I really like Calorie Count because I can make my own recipes and it counts the calories and servings for me. There are a lot of people on there too and at the end of the day, you can write a small or large summary of your day. I have found that one key point in losing weight is: Happiness.

If you are not happy with out everything is going or because something your doing is causing you grief, you should change it. Don't punish yourself. It is okay to have that extra cookie after dinner once in a while. Don't restrict yourself to only 1200 calories a day because then your mind and body will get bored and depressed over it. If you're hungry, eat. Don't starve yourself. That is what my boyfriend kept saying when we were working out together. I would be so hungry, but I had gotten to my calorie limit that day and he said, "Honey, if your are hungry, go eat. Don't starve yourself and punish yourself."

I don't know if all of this is making sense, but I hope that your weight loss journey gets better for you. Also, find a weight loss buddy. That is always fun too. :D
