Trinidad looks lovely! That shot containing the ferns/palm trees is so awesome, I can't even explain it well but the way in which the clouds account for the height of that small palm tree and in which the power cables and lines are angled just right so that it further emphasises the height differences just has me on Cloud Nine. Would imperfectly perfect be the right phrase to use?
Your grandmother's house looks lovely too, lots of beautiful plants and those thin, white curtains blowing in the wind revealing that it's a country of hot weather. Photos like these just remind me of Bulgaria so much; their simplistic yet revealing beauty.
I can already imagine that wonderful hot smell you mentioned when you step off the plane. I want to go on holiday somewhere really hot now!
