I just want to say. You are noticed. You might not be transparent but I do not want you to feel like you are invisible. Everyone is worth being seen. I agree with Xiaholic; the best thing to do is talk to a professional. I know there is this stigma around it and it takes a lot to talk to a stranger, yet I feel it can be the thing that helps you get it all in order.

Please get help? I don't want you to keep feeling like this. You deserve much more.

I strongly suggest seeing a doctor if you haven't already. I dislike being told this too but when you really think about it, who else is better experienced and qualified to help?

There are many excuses I make to avoid visiting or returning to the doctors but I'm sure you also know deep down that these are the people who are most trusted to diagnose, prescribe and refer correctly.

I... I honestly don't know how to stop hiding it.

I think one thing that helped me push through was writing, as corny as it sounds. I tried to come face to face with whatever I was feeling, putting it into words as best as I can even though I know I can't ever perfectly describe it. While writing it, I'd cry because thinking about it makes me go back to that state again.

It didn't fully leave me - it's still there, somewhere but at least, I've come to terms with it like I've appeased it for now.
