A lot of teams had a bunch of injuries this season, it's weird. Even in the UK hockey circuit (which is crap hahaha we suck at hockey and it makes me so sad) there were a ridiculous amount. Maybe it's just the season to get injured, who knows. See, you guys did the right thing, we decided to just throw caution to the wind and got burned for it.

Ha no, I wish. Born and lived in Scotland for practically my entire life. I just really love hockey and the NHL is so much better than hockey here. I intend to move to Canada at some point anyway though, hopefully for study when I go to do my Masters degree.

Yeah, the Oilers were supposed to be so much better than we were last year (24 wins ), and then we had so many injuries as well. Our top sniper got his arm/hand broken during preseason, then we had Connor McDavid break his collarbone. Fortunately for us we made sure he was 110% ready to start again.

Are you originally from Canada? Or.. just picked up on NHL?

I'm the same. I looked at a comment I had left earlier yesterday and was like "omg who is that copying me" before I realised it was me.

Yeah, Subban's been injured pretty much for the past 14 games or something, which isn't helping much. Also, I'm pretty sure half of the defence on roster have been injured since the beginning of the season, which really doesn't help. Still, they've been playing terribly on top of that so I'm really not surprised that we've lost a lot. We need to get back on our game before I get on the next plane to Canada to kick their arses. Oh man, bringing Price back on when he wasn't ready was just absolute stupidity. The fact that he's now off again on the same leg injury that had him off the first time is just testament to the fact that he shouldn't have been played until somebody knew for sure that he was ready. He clearly wasn't. I don't know, I just have a bad influence on sports teams, all of the teams I love eventually start playing terribly.

I was only just going to do my avatar and sig, but now you got me thinking and I changed my blog layout too. Haha, sometimes, instead of cleaning my apartment I just refresh pages, scroll on tumblr and that calms me and takes up all my time. Oh, I love Peter Pan! I've never read the book unfortunately.

Thank you! the Habs are the second team I follow, so I was pretty surprised when they barely won this year. Wasn't there a shit load of injuries with them too? I mean, first your main star goalie goes down, bring him back when he's not 100% only for him to go down again.

Oh gosh, I can't imagine procrastinating off my computer minus a very few times. Usually I need to update or go do comments on stories or something and I'll just go watch anime or play a game. I'm terrible
