Although the whole vampires sparkling in the sun did bother me a bit, I do agree with you. It was a different take on vampires, and werewolves and it is just Meyers' interpretation of vampires. Cute

Honestly, the only problem that I have with Twilight is that it was overused and grew too popular. I enjoyed reading the books--to a degree. I had this thing for Edward with his old-fashioned ways. But it was cliche as well. I also just didn't like the cast for it. (No, I don't have an issue with the actors/actresses, just that I felt it was cast wrong)

To each their own, though. I mean, my opinion will be different than the next billion people over, ya know? And it's interesting to see the opinions of others. It's what makes us each unique and special. But there's no need to put it down. People should just state what they think instead of playing games. =/

Cute I love your dancing skeleton, by the way

I think that it was a unique take on vampires, if you look at every other way they are portrayed on film and in stories, they all pretty much follow similar portrayals. For me personally, it was refreshing to see vampires in a new light, the same with the wolves aswell.
