I'm always late to blogs Facepalm but I literally rewrite everything all the time. No lie. I have a story up on Mibba that's like unposted bc no chapters, but it's been up since August, 2012 (just checked hahaha).

I usually do rewriting by deleting all the chapters I have up (so satisfying) and then making like a fresh, new word doc, opening the old one in the same window, and just kind of fixing things I didn't like. Sometimes I'll restructure the plot / story / a character, or I'll realise the story was going nowhere and actually come up with a plot. Shifty

I'm working on a rewrite for my story Trouble-Maker. It's pretty much all of what you listed, but also taking it from FF to OF. And pretty much just making it better since it was written in 2011.

I usually re-write a story every few months. It kind of happens naturally, they're just things I don't like and it impedes my ability to keep pushing forward till I go back and fix the issues with it. I can't rewrite all my stories at once, so I pick one and usually put others on hiatus
