That is a tricky one. The only thing that I can think about is seeking legal advice... they'd know so much more than I to help. That and keep recorders of all contact between you, evidence against him in any case (violent or threatening) can be helpful to ensure that he doesn't get what he wants

Thank you. I'm trying to stay strong. I'm scared mostly that he'll be able to get at least partial custody of our kids. I'm not sure what to do to save them from the monster he's become

I am so sorry that this happened to you. Honestly you are better off without him and I hope you don't let this piece of crap ruin your life.

I am sure you're a beautiful person and one day you will find someone that loves you and cares for you like your deserve. You did the right thing in walking away and while it might be hard to let him go, it would only do you more harm than good to work it out with this man.

I truly hope that everything works out for you and that you stay strong in this difficult time <3
