I also really disliked that movie and I love most cult classics lol. I found it utterly boring and there wasn't a single scene that really moved me. I understood it. I just hated it lol.

As disenchantments. said, while watching the movie I really felt like it was showing that people aren't their labels. For me, as well, though, it was also about five kids from completely different lives/classes (in terms of wealth) talking to one another, and opening up.

Honestly, I'm quite fond of a lot of the quotes in the movie. They're real and blunt. I know that some people miss the point of the movie; you either hate it or you love it, tbh.

As for you wanting to watch horror movies, I don't know what you're looking for, so I won't be of much help.

I felt that the point of the movie was five very different kids learn that they are more than just labels. I like the movie, but I honestly like most movies. Cute

What type of horror movies do you like?

    I love The Breakfast Club.

    As for horror movie recommendations:

    Scream
    Clown
    Trick R Treat
    The Lazarus Effect
    Odd Thomas
    Sleepy Hollow
    Stoneheart Asylum
    The Ward
    Haunter
    Shutter Island
(though this one is more mystery/thriller)

But don't ever watch The Human Centipede.
