Thank you! It definitely isn't, and I think that's one of my main goals is to look back and reflect a lot this year.
    So thank you.

Thank you so much for your response, didn't mean for anyone to respond, I'm used to keep it bottling it all up, but I'll be taking your advice on, I think it's passed time and starting to take advice from others.
    Thank you.

Being alone isn't so bad. Sometimes we need a little time to reflect on ourselves, I hope everything gets better for you. :]

Don't give up. Keep searching for a happy place, no matter where or what it is - as long as it works for you. My happy place at a previous place of work used to be the bathroom!

I'll let you in on a little secret: I used to have mini breakdowns in the bathroom to get all of the negative emotions out of my system. Then I'd plaster a smile on my face, wipe my eyes and re-enter the world of work as if I'm as normal as can be.

Although that helped me, what really helped was having someone to talk to about my problems.
I think that connecting to someone and having a little rant about what's preying on your mind can help you to move on. A family member, a close friend, or even a counsellor. Whichever works best for you.

Hope you feel better soon. Seek help if you need it. Arms
