I feel like January is a bit more of a transition month than it is the actual start to the new year. February definitely takes that cake for me as well.
I don't think it's selfish to take time just for yourself at all. You should always set aside some time just for yourself. Evaluate how you're feeling, what you want to do. It can be a good thing.
