I heard AHS was good but I never got into it! American Dad isn't a bad show to watch either!

and yes, thats almost what it sounds like. i hate how i react like that. I just think the worst always. I'll have to keep that in mind!

My favorite show to binge watch is between American Horror Story and American Dad.

I worry all the time. I think you may suffer from anxiety like I do. Try to do some deep breathing exercises when you start to feel panicky. That's what I do, and it's super helpful!
