Well, I'm at home by myself at night since my husband works 3rd shift.
I have a 60 pound dog that sleeps with me and a loaded shot gun in the gun cabinet...I sleep with the tv on, usually falling asleep watching Jimmy fallon so tha helps calm my nerves a bit. It's set so it will turn off within 4 hours of no activity.March 22nd, 2017 at 12:58am -

Congrats and nightmares like that are the worst. :( I suggest putting on some gentle soothing music if it'll help you sleep at night or calm you down. Even watching a calming movie could help.March 21st, 2017 at 07:25pm
