While I can't stop you, I don't you think you should leave because you can't write. Everybody goes through some kind of block, whether they're a writer, artist, or painter, etc etc. If you perhaps write just a few sentences down each day, you can slowly get your inspiration back. Look over your stories, poems, etc and rewrite single scene or line and see what happens. Sometimes you have to force something out in order to overcome writer's block.
