    I remember in my freshman year art class the professor said "There is no such thing as control. Control isn't real." And I think about that...but part of me is still a control freak lol. I try to remind myself that control is just an illusion and what is meant for you will always find you. I'm glad I'm not alone in this feeling lol.

    I know the feeling you described about worrying lol But I also try to do what you said and remind myself that as long as I make and carry out my plans and am doing what is in my control, well, then I shouldn’t worry about the rest because that is out of the limits of my control. Just keep doing what you are doing and numb yourself to the anxiety <3
