Medication Troubles + Tumblr - Comments

Thing is, I find nothing touches those headaches either. Like when I was trying to wean myself off of coffee in my last year of uni (spoiler: I failed) I would get the headaches and no amount of painkillers would stop them. My logic is that it's better to just ignore the numerous health concerns associated with too much caffeine to avoid them. Good, I'm glad it all worked out well!

I just hate the headaches I have been getting because I haven't consumed the caffeine I normally do. But other then that, everything is going well.

Ah, definitely the caffeine then! I hate that it causes so much trouble but then again caffeine addiction is a legit thing sooo..... Seriously though, I feel your pain. I drink way too much caffeine on a daily basis.

I definitely agree with sakura blues. below -- always best to listen to your doctor. I got super-woozy on some antibiotics I had to take a few months back for a URT infection I had, and I ended up freaking the same as you and it was the exact same thing. I just drink too much coffee and had to cut it out for a week but then I ended up with caffeine deficiency headaches, ha. There's no winning.

You are not rude at all! I completely agree with you.

I’m glad you’re listening to your Doctor! With any medication, it takes the brain and body a while to get used to it. As long as you follow your Doctors advice of cutting down on caffeine, you should be fine. If not, the Doctor can adjust the medication accordingly to your complaints. I’m sorry if it sounds like I’m being rude towards your boyfriend, but medical advice is best.
