He really did get married.
He probably hasn't replied because a) he's too busy, b) you got the wrong e-mail, or c) you wrote about something stupid and unworthy of a reply.
Just because he didn't reply to your email a half a second after you sent it doesn't mean he's upset. It means he has a life, a band, and a wife.
Oh and he probably didn't email you back because he's to busy or you more than likelly have the wrong e-mail adress. Or what Mrs. Melting Crayons said you wrote about soemthing really stupid
