You could definitely pull off the bleach blonde. But I agree with everyone else. Have some streaks in there. I think some red streaks would look good, but if you think another color would be better, you should go for it.

Bleached blonde with some light blue streaks.
I'm not sure if you can have unusual hair colors like blue though.

I think you can slide with bleaching it.

Dark hair would make you look funny, but sticking to blondes and light browns would make your pretty eyes and complexion look amazing.

peroxide. if you have thick hair then yes - peroxide. make sure you use alot of the bleach/peroxide though - otherwise it'll go yellow.

but yeah - peroxide will loook awesome if you use enough and you have thick hair.
