My mom, my sister, my best friend, and I are going to the Fall Out Boy concert for my birthday. She wants to catch one of Andy's sticks (THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID) so bad, its hilarious.
My mom went with me to go see The Almost it wasn't really embarrassing since my mom was friends with the people at the venue and the punks who hung around there. So it was kinda awesome
oh but that's quite awesome, since he likes moshing. My dad is reluctant to the idea of his girl liking metal and rock and all that. Yet he is glad I like soccer, that I did turn out to be his little boy, that everyone thought I'd be when mom was pregnant. Back to concerts, alright, well, if dad saw a mosh pit or the things I do at concerts, I think he'd have me institutionalized in a mental hospital. No really. I'd die if someday he saw me at a concert, lol.
My Dad drives me to concerts and I'm nearly twenty! I mean, he doesn't go in with me, or queue... But if you ever feel uncool, just be safe in the knowledge that your Dad loves you and wants to keep you safe... and you have three more years to wait until you are as uncool as I am.
My dad doesn't even like my music, he wont listen to it! My mum isn't that bothered about it but none of them would take me to a concert. Your lucky to have a dad like that =]
im 17 an i go to gigs with my dad all the time hes the one who got me into music an he protects me most of the time too lol i get emmbarrased sometimes but most of my friends wish they had dads that liked their music an took them to gigs all the time.
My mum and dad ALWAYS come to the concerts with me, haha. They don't trust me at ALL, and they like the music anyway, so they just come. Normally it's just one of them, but I went to see MSI on Friday and I was totally queuing for two hours and standing with both my parents. XD My dad dosen't get into the music at all though, not even at a My Chem gig and he LOVES them...He just kinda stands there haha.
I think thats cool that your dad is prepared to drive you there Most parents don't really agree with the music their children listen to And that's just heebyjeeby cool!
